Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm Not a Guru....I'm a Guide

Marketing assistant, mama, writer, and faith-filled woman helping you build your business with intention and peace.

I grew up in Southern Louisiana, where life moved slower, faith ran deep, and community was everything. I’ve walked through trauma, healing, motherhood, neurodivergence, and identity shifts, and every bit of it has shaped the way I show up in business and life today.

I’ve worn many hats; production worker, photographer, stay-at-home mom, freelance marketer but the one that fits best is being a helper. I support small business owners, especially women and mothers, who are tired of doing it all alone and just want someone they can trust.

And let me be honest:
I’m not an influencer. I don’t live some curated, Pinterest-perfect life. I live in a two-story house filled with kids, messes, deep conversations, and grace. My family is my joy, and ordinary moments are what fill my heart. That’s what I build my life, and my business around.

What I Believe

  • God gives us gifts and we’re meant to use them with intention, not burnout

  • Good marketing doesn’t shout it listens and invites

  • You don’t have to go viral to be valuable

  • No one was meant to build alone

From My Table to Yours, Let’s Talk Real Business

I believe marketing can be rooted in meaning, not urgency.
And that real connection begins with a conversation—not a funnel.

That’s why I write The Kitchen Table Letters—a subscriber-only email for creatives who want honest insights, spiritual encouragement, and a reminder that they’re not building alone.
